Organic social packages cover the agreed content and platform activity. Paid Facebook or Instagram campaigns can be added when the business has a clear advertising objective, suitable offer and approved budget.
- Campaign setup, creative adaptation and advertising management are separately scoped.
- The advertising budget is paid directly to Meta by the client.
- The Forge ZA does not receive or retain the advertising budget.
- Management charges and advertising spend are separate costs.

Are Facebook and Instagram both included?
They are included in Social Starter, Social Active and Social Local Growth. Social Presence is a one-platform add-on for website clients.
Does eight posts mean eight posts on each platform?
It means eight unique planned posts. Where Facebook and Instagram are included, each post is adapted and distributed across both platforms.
Do I need to supply content?
You supply the accurate business information, current offers, important dates and any required product or team imagery. We turn that source material into the agreed graphics and captions. Social Presence specifically relies on client-supplied content.
Is the Meta advertising budget included?
No. Paid advertising spend is charged directly by Meta and remains separate from The Forge ZA’s content, setup or campaign-management fees.
Will you reply to comments and messages?
Not automatically. Community and inbox management require a defined response process and are included only when separately agreed.
Can you guarantee followers or sales?
No. We can improve consistency, clarity, targeting and campaign execution, but platform performance and customer decisions cannot be guaranteed.
