A Website That Keeps Up With Your Business

Products change. Services evolve. Staff details move. Promotions end. Plugins need attention. A website that is never updated quickly becomes inaccurate, insecure or difficult for customers to use.

Website Management gives your business a reliable route for routine maintenance and approved changes. You send the request, we confirm what falls within the package, and we implement it without turning every small update into a new development project.

What we manage

Routine care and real business updates

The service covers both the technical health of the website and the practical work needed to keep its public information useful.

Technical Maintenance

WordPress, theme and plugin updates, routine checks, backup review, basic troubleshooting and monitoring for visible website problems.

Content & Layout Changes

Wording, contact details, images, staff information, banners, page sections, downloadable documents and other agreed content changes.

WooCommerce & Catalogue Work

Product loading, pricing and stock edits, variations, categories, promotional changes, coupons and routine storefront support.

Issue Investigation

Practical diagnosis when a form, page, checkout, plugin or display stops behaving as expected. Larger repairs are scoped before work begins.

Continuous Improvement

Small, regular improvements to customer journeys, calls to action, page structure and operational usefulness as the business changes.

One Support Relationship

A consistent provider who understands the website and business context, reducing the time lost explaining the full setup for every request.

Monthly packages

Choose the level of support your website actually needs

These packages are recommended starting points. Final placement is confirmed after a website assessment so the monthly scope matches the condition and workload of the site.

Scope protection

Clear monthly support, not unlimited development

Management packages create predictable access to routine website work. They do not turn major rebuilds, custom functionality or emergency recovery into hidden monthly obligations.

  • Allocated time is used for approved work within the package.
  • Unused time does not automatically roll over unless agreed in writing.
  • Major redesigns, custom code, new systems and complex integrations are quoted separately.
  • Premium plugins, paid services, hosting migrations and third-party fees are excluded unless listed in the agreement.
  • Malware recovery or repair of pre-existing faults may require a separate once-off scope.
  • Content, product details and approvals must be supplied by the client unless content creation is included separately.

Before management begins

We assess the website first

The assessment confirms what platform is in use, whether the website is reasonably maintainable, whether backups and access are available, and whether any urgent repair work is needed before a monthly plan can begin.

  • Administrator access
  • Hosting and domain position
  • Theme and plugin condition
  • Backup availability
  • WooCommerce complexity
  • Existing faults or security risks

Frequently asked questions

Website Management FAQs

Can you manage a website you did not build?

Yes, if it is a reasonably maintainable WordPress or WooCommerce website and the required access is available. We assess it before confirming a plan.

Is hosting included?

Not automatically. Existing hosting can remain in place if suitable. Hosting, migration or a managed hosting arrangement can be quoted separately where needed.

Are updates unlimited?

No. Each plan includes a defined level of work so expectations, turnaround and monthly pricing remain practical. Additional work is approved before it is billed.

Does this include a website redesign?

No. Small layout improvements may fit within allocated time, but a redesign, rebuild or new feature set is scoped as development work.

Can you load products for us?

Yes. The Business and Commerce plans include defined catalogue capacity. Large imports, complex variations, supplier integrations or substantial data cleanup are separately scoped.
